Almond pork chops with honey mustard
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup smoked almonds
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Grind the toasted almonds into a powder, mix with bread crumbs and place on a shallow bowl or plate
- Dredge the chips by dipping in flour, then egg, then the breadcrumb mixture
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 and place the chops in it. Cook for 10-15 minutes until it is 145 degrees
- Meanwhile mix Dijon mustard, honey, and mayo in a bowl. Serve with chops
