Fluffiest Cinnamon Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups of milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In a large bowl, place flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg, butter, and vanilla. Mix until there are no visible lumps and the batter is smooth.
- In a large griddle over medium heat, melt some butter or oil. Pour ΒΌ cup of batter and once it starts to bubble, flip and cook an additional minute on the other side
- Cook remaining pancake batter and serve with butter and Cinnamon Syrup.
